Key Objectives:
Your mission is to ensure our architecture is resilient, scalable, and future-proof. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products, ensuring we meet the aggressive milestones set for 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026, aligning with business goals.
- System Design: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and data architecture capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging AI technologies (e.g., Transformers, Reinforcement Learning) and evaluate their applicability to our products.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and fine-tune models to ensure low latency and high throughput in real-world applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) is mandatory.
- Architectural Knowledge: Proven track record of designing large-scale, fault-tolerant systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
