Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define the architectural vision and technical milestones for our 2026 product release, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of data points in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize deep learning models for reduced latency and increased inference speed on heterogeneous hardware.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with GPU programming (CUDA) and distributed computing frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and design scalable solutions for ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
