Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines that handle millions of data points daily.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026, aligning with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques to improve model accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for bias detection, transparency, and responsible AI deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Research: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or delivering breakthroughs in production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and drive technical resolution.
