Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex Machine Learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Edge Computing) into our core stack.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for security and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing systems for high availability, low latency, and massive scale.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
