Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Design and define the comprehensive AI and Machine Learning architecture for the 2026 strategic release, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- System Design: Lead the design of distributed systems and microservices architectures optimized for high-throughput AI inference and training.
- Tech Stack Governance: Evaluate, select, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., MLOps pipelines, vector databases) to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and security (SOC2, GDPR).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to handle the projected load of 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior or Lead Architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing complex, fault-tolerant distributed systems and microservices.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
