Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade workloads.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and 2026 roadmap for our proprietary AI models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and cost significantly.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research Integration: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge academic research and production-grade deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
