Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overarching AI Architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Lead the integration of Next-Gen Technologies, including Large Language Models and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical AI roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of Generative AI solutions across various enterprise platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Expert knowledge in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
