Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Oversee the deployment of large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into functional AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
