In this role, you will spearhead the architectural strategy that will power our products for the next decade. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver robust AI infrastructure that sets industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Tech Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable AI infrastructure strategy aligned with the company’s 2026 vision.
- Lead Generative AI Projects: Spearhead the development and optimization of our proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance, low-latency systems capable of processing billions of data points in real-time.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect user data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures for large-scale systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
