Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our 2026 infrastructure roadmap. At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are not just building software for today; we are architecting the cognitive infrastructure for the next era of human-machine collaboration. You will be responsible for defining the technical strategy that scales our generative AI models and ensures our platform is resilient, secure, and future-proof.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and practical, high-performance engineering solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents that define the user experience of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 landscape, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the design of proprietary LLM fine-tuning pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Define technical standards for MLOps, including automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks associated with emerging AI vulnerabilities.
- Drive innovation in edge computing and federated learning to democratize AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale distributed systems on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, prompt engineering, and AI safety best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
