Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for real-time, high-throughput inference.
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for speed and efficiency using CUDA, GPU acceleration, and Rust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-level AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in mathematical optimization and statistical analysis.
