Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing exascale datasets for the 2026 Initiative.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the research and integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines to enhance computational capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists, ML engineers, and quantum researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural networks and model inference, ensuring low-latency performance in real-world environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, aligning with long-term business objectives and cutting-edge industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems and deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-complexity problems.
