Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- AI Model Development: Spearhead the development of advanced machine learning models and neural networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical strategy sessions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, quantum computing, and distributed systems to integrate into the 2026 roadmap.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
