Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI with next-gen quantum-ready infrastructure.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable products.
- Risk Management: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and technical debt early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture teams.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
