Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable autonomous agent frameworks designed for the 2026 era.
- Optimize large language model (LLM) inference pipelines for real-time decision making and edge deployment.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural patterns for our predictive AI suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI into core product lines.
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI safety, alignment, and ethical protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs to production at scale.
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps practices.
