Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Model)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure pipelines for 2026-era AI models.
- Lead architectural decisions regarding model deployment, containerization, and cloud-native strategies.
- Optimize neural network inference speeds and reduce computational costs through advanced hardware-software co-design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, quantum researchers, and backend engineers.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of AI systems across global deployments.
- Establish best practices for version control, testing, and CI/CD in AI environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on system architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU acceleration (CUDA/NVIDIA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
