Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of models to ensure maximum performance, latency reduction, and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues and optimize for production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
