Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead the research, development, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into enterprise applications seamlessly.
- Optimize model inference performance, latency, and cost efficiency at scale.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring to ensure reliability and governance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying complex models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
