Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures for production environments.
- Lead technical strategy and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and implement the latest algorithms and best practices in AI/ML.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Define and document technical roadmaps for AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end AI solutions at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
