Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize high-performance deep learning systems for large-scale deployment.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Evaluate and select appropriate training frameworks and hardware accelerators.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
