Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models and LLM pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency.
- Research and implement novel algorithms for future-proof applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
