Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and high-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
