Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy robust machine learning pipelines and AI architectures at scale.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation AI models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
