Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous decision-making and execution.
- Lead the technical strategy for multi-agent systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications, fine-tuning for precision.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into cutting-edge AI architectures.
- Oversee the integration of AI agents into existing cloud infrastructures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for AI systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in designing Agentic workflows, autonomous agents, and LLM orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen).
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and semantic search.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and system scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
