Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Analyze emerging AI trends, including Large Language Models and generative AI, to identify actionable business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven solutions.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for AI deployment and data governance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize high-impact AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting within the tech industry.
- Proven experience leading AI or machine learning initiatives from concept to production.
- Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data architecture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic roadmaps.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
