In this pivotal role, you will not just write code; you will architect the nervous system of our next-generation enterprise platform. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, distributed systems, and cognitive science.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent systems capable of autonomous planning and execution.
- Optimize LLM inference engines to meet the rigorous latency and throughput demands of 2026.
- Build and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to ensure agent safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex business workflows.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge architectures for next-gen AI applications.
- Drive the technical roadmap for the company's AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.
