Job Description

Join the Architects of Tomorrow.

Nexus Horizon is pioneering the next generation of autonomous intelligence. We are looking for a visionary Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the development of intelligent agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and autonomous execution in a 2026-ready infrastructure.

In this pivotal role, you won't just build models; you will design ecosystems where AI agents collaborate to solve high-stakes problems, optimize workflows, and redefine human-machine interaction. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with top-tier researchers and engineers dedicated to the future of technology.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on cutting-edge Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Competitive compensation and equity packages.
  • Flexible remote-first culture with premium benefits.
  • Access to state-of-the-art compute infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and implement robust architectures for autonomous AI agents, ensuring they can communicate, plan, and execute tasks independently.
  • Optimize LLM Performance: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for reasoning, context retention, and reduced hallucination rates.
  • Integration & Deployment: Bridge the gap between theoretical models and production-grade applications using containerization (Docker/K8s) and microservices.
  • Tool Use & Function Calling: Implement advanced tool-use capabilities, enabling agents to interact with external APIs, databases, and software ecosystems seamlessly.
  • Roadmap Execution: Contribute to the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies in AI autonomy and integrating them into our stack.
  • Collaborative Research: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for intelligent agents.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Core Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Agentic Frameworks: Strong experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent orchestration tools.
  • System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Problem Solving: Proven track record of debugging complex issues in large-scale machine learning systems.
