Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and implement robust architectures for autonomous AI agents, ensuring they can communicate, plan, and execute tasks independently.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for reasoning, context retention, and reduced hallucination rates.
- Integration & Deployment: Bridge the gap between theoretical models and production-grade applications using containerization (Docker/K8s) and microservices.
- Tool Use & Function Calling: Implement advanced tool-use capabilities, enabling agents to interact with external APIs, databases, and software ecosystems seamlessly.
- Roadmap Execution: Contribute to the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies in AI autonomy and integrating them into our stack.
- Collaborative Research: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for intelligent agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Core Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Agentic Frameworks: Strong experience with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent orchestration tools.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of debugging complex issues in large-scale machine learning systems.
