Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps animations across a variety of devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate creative concepts into functional, interactive code.
- Debug complex rendering issues and optimize memory usage to prevent memory leaks and performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate 2D libraries (e.g., Pixi.js, Phaser, Konva.js) and create custom utilities to extend framework capabilities.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a specific focus on 2D graphics.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of the Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and WebGL basics.
- Strong experience with performance optimization techniques and browser debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, etc.).
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, maintainable code.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) is a plus.
