Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and Execute: Develop stunning 2D motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital interfaces.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visual narratives that capture audience attention.
- Technical Mastery: Utilize industry-standard software (After Effects, Cinema 4D) to deliver high-fidelity renders optimized for various platforms.
- Creative Direction: Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the creative output.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and creative briefs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Portfolio: A robust, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating strong animation principles, timing, and storytelling skills.
- Software Proficiency: Expert level in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
