Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and design animations that align with project timelines and brand guidelines.
- Rig and clean up vector assets using Toon Boom Harmony or Adobe Animate.
- Optimize animations for various digital platforms while maintaining visual fidelity and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and participate in regular design critiques.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in 2D animation and motion design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character design.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate (Flash), and Toon Boom Harmony.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and squash-and-stretch principles.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
