Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy and architecture for the next phase of our product evolution, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Design Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, cloud-native distributed systems that can handle high load and complex data processing.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of AI and machine learning components into core infrastructure to automate and optimize workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and define coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across the organization.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Strong command of at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, TypeScript).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and anticipate future technology trends and challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
