Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for the 2026 vision.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies, competitor movements, and industry trends to validate strategic assumptions.
- Innovation Leadership: Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to translate strategic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps and prototypes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align the 2026 strategy with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic insights to diverse audiences, ensuring buy-in and alignment across the organization.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to monitor progress against the 2026 strategic plan.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product strategy, engineering management, or strategic consulting.
