Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 products, aligning with business goals.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale technology solutions.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of system design principles and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
