Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in quantum theory and practical implementation.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, contributing to patent filings and technical whitepapers.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum hardware and software components.
- Drive the roadmap for 2026 technology adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#.
- Strong understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their quantum services.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
