Responsibilities

- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to security standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
