Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams by 2026.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI paradigms, including LLMs, reinforcement learning, and federated learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and hardware engineers to deploy AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making processes.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct technical due diligence on third-party AI technologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems for high-scale machine learning workloads.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or multi-agent systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
