Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend the best products and services.
- Closing sales both in-store and over the phone to meet daily and monthly quotas.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Staying current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Managing customer accounts and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the store team to achieve overall sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government ID.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to hit sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience is a plus.
