Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers by assessing their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise and restocking inventory.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to contribute to team success.
- Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with technology and basic computer systems.
