Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming shoppers and offering friendly, knowledgeable assistance to find the perfect products.
- Sales Execution: Engage customers to understand their needs and effectively demonstrate products to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
Qualifications
