Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
