Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Recommend products and demonstrate features to drive upsells and cross-sells.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
