Responsibilities
- Proactively greet and engage customers to assess their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to recommend the best solutions and close sales.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring product displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
