As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find exactly what they need while driving sales and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer questions, and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage inventory levels as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
