Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with customers and helping them find the perfect solutions for their home needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Build rapport with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process returns, exchanges, and other customer service transactions professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
