Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide expert recommendations.
- Organize and maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize sales potential and attract foot traffic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism to uphold our brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and transaction processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
