Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage customers, answer questions, and recommend products to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displays are accurate.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling returns and exchanges as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
