Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently through effective prospecting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product education to ensure high client retention.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
