Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and services, utilizing persuasive communication skills.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and inventory is up to date.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use POS systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
