Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers in locating items and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle cash and card transactions with 100% accuracy and adhere to all loss prevention policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
