Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Train new associates on store operations and customer engagement protocols
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-ups
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
